As we take a moment to reflect on 2026 so far, we just want to say a huge THANK YOU to every single one of our amazing customers. ❤️

The last few months have been incredibly busy, and we’ve been working long hours to make sure your orders are made, packed, and sent out as quickly as possible.

We’re proud to say that 99.9% of our orders have gone exactly to plan, and we’re so grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.

Like any business, there are occasionally things that are simply beyond our control, such as postal delays or suppliers running out of stock unexpectedly. While these situations are rare, we always do our very best to resolve them as quickly as possible and keep our customers informed every step of the way.

If we’ve been slower than usual replying to emails or messages, please know it was never intentional. During our busiest periods, our priority has been fulfilling orders and making sure every customer receives the products they’ve ordered. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

To all of our loyal returning customers, and to everyone who has chosen to support us for the first time this year—thank you. Your support means more than you know, and we’re truly grateful to each and every one of you.
