Rhythm & Dreams Dancing Centre in Hull, East Yorkshire, teaches ballroom/Latin/freestyle dancing to all age groups and abilities with the most qualified teacher in the area, Vicki Smith. Established in January 2000, our dance school predominantly focuses on Latin and Ballroom dancing, although many other types of dance are taught, including Old-Time, Freestyle, and Modern Sequence. Located in The

New Empress Ballroom on Hessle Road, we offer a friendly and lively atmosphere during our classes within comfortable and pleasant surroundings. With a lounge to sit in before and after classes, our bar provides a range of non-alcoholic drinks, both hot and cold, as well as a variety of snacks. We also have a Ballroom with a sprung oak floor and comfortable seating areas arranged around the edges of the dance floor.

What a fantastic night! Everyone performed the Samba choreography brilliantly, and it was especially lovely to welcome four new dancers, who all achieved success too! 👏🌟

We put everything together round the room and to music, and it was wonderful to see everyone gaining confidence and enjoying the Samba rhythm. ❤️

Next Wednesday, we’re moving on to something completely different… ✨

Tonight we’re back with our Adult Beginner’s Class and continuing our Samba journey! 🌴🕺💃

We’re not adding any new choreography tonight — instead, we’ll be recapping what we learned last week, giving everyone a chance to get comfortable with the steps, and then working on perfecting the choreography, technique and timing. ❤️

It’s the perfect opportunity to reinforce what you’ve learned and build your confidence before we move on.

Ready to add a little more Samba to your Wednesday? Tonight we continue our Adult Beginners’ Class with Week 2 of Samba! 🇧🇷✨

Whether you joined us last week or you’re completely new to the class, you’re very welcome. Our classes are friendly, supportive and designed to help you LEARN • IMPROVE • HAVE FUN. ❤️

👠 Please bring a clean pair of dance shoes to change into. Shoes should have a suede or leather sole suitable for dancing. Please don’t wear outdoor shoes onto the dance floor.
