Beautiful grave/garden markers for our loved ones this Christmas 💙🌲 I love how these have turned out but it’s never easy.
One of these is for my sister who sadly lost her grandad not so long ago, the other is my uncle who we sadly lost last year.
These will take pride of place this year to remember them by at Christmas and always 🌲❤️💙
