I’m off to Ayia Napa to soak up the sun, sip cocktails and make sure the waiters are earning their keep! 🍹😎

Synclairs will be closed from Saturday 10th October and I’ll be back open on Tuesday 20th October — hopefully relaxed, refreshed and only slightly reluctant to come home! 🌴💐

Well, subtlety has left the building! 🌈😂

These rainbow roses are giving full-on main character energy 💐

Fun fact: they’re real roses, but they don’t grow in rainbow colours. The stem is split into sections and each one drinks a different colour of dyed water. The rose’s own water-carrying system takes the colour up into the petals — nature’s tiniest, fanciest drinking straws!
