✨KESWICK NEW BUILD✨

Another amazing lattimer_homes project we’ve had the pleasure to be on board with.

Installing our hand finished floors throughout the entire ground floor.

Our extra wide planked flooring to the huge open plan living/kitchen and study with a change of pattern and style to the bedroom wing installing Versaille panels.

All floors hand coloured using treatexuk coloured oils and Hardwax Oil blends to achieve an incredibly durable but natural finish.

Thank you once again to Lattimer Homes, the end result on this build is as amazing as its surroundings.

✨COCKERMOUTH ✨

What a property, what a project!

Our clients took on the unbelievable task of renovating this huge detached property in the heart of Cockermouth. Originally built for a Doctor with a section of the house utilised as his surgery. The original surgery and the two formal living rooms, we have installed a framed Herringbone Parquet floor. All installed in the original manner, fully adhered to the subfloor, sanded and sealed on site. An amazing project to have been involved with and happy to have final coated the last floor today.

✨ BARN CONVERSION✨

Another standout project from lattimer_homes. A phenomenal amount of work goes into a new build but Barn Conversions are on another spectrum. The volume of work and level of craftsmanship to achieve this end result is mind blowing but well worth the wait. We have two Mezzanine floors, exposed stone on the gable ends, three mid landings and a huge open plan communal space installed in our hand finished Planked Oak Flooring, all finished using treatexuk hardwax oils.
Another project we’ve had pleasure of helping out on 🙏

✨SAXONY LOUNGE CARPET✨

Nothing quite hits like the first foot onto an extra thick Saxony Carpet. Your feet are absorbed into that extra thick pile and it instantly feels luxurious. This amazing colour, a blend of greys and fawn tones. A great addition against the new subtle media wall the clients have just had installed.
