It's time for me to be realistic....
It was never going to be easy trying to get my little craft business seen again after being absent for so long, and it hasn't been 😖
Less than 6% of my original followers moved over to my new page.
Less than 0.5% have seen and interacted with my posts.
The more I try to make it work the less I want to carry on trying. It was soul destroying to begin with but I have reached the point now where I don't actually want to do it any more, & I'm more than ok with that.
I recently started volunteering at a beautiful National Trust property - one that I fell in love with more than 30 years ago. The more time I spend there, I realise that it's exactly where I want & need to be.
Therefore, from the end September, and once my daughter is settled in at Uni, I will be selling all my craft supplies and equipment. I have a brand new unused hand held heat press, a Cricut Explore Air 2 cutting machine, desk lamp, sheets of vinyl, a quilling starter set, a crochet kit, a few items of clothing & tote bags, lots of paper napkins for decoupage, a few craft books, several brand new Ikea Ribba frames (no longer available to buy!), LOTS of wood stock (painted & unpainted), paints & other mediums, cut acrylic shapes, lots of other miscellaneous craft supplies, paint storage shelves, storage drawers & Ikea Kallax unit(s).
There are also quite a few ready to buy Autumn, Halloween & Christmas pieces that I will be selling off at clearance prices.
I will be keeping all of my fabrics, ribbon, twine, buttons, beads, knitting machine, wool, electric staple gun, bookbinding materials, lamp making supplies, cardstock & William Morris papers, tissue & napkins.
