Our first ever fermentation class led by Louise.
A fun and informative Sunday afternoon.
We learnt about the history of fermented foods, what they are good for us.. how to make our own kombucha .. we got stuck in making cabbage into Sauerkraut .
Hopefully the first of many knowledge sharing workshops focused on wellbeing .
