We were out last night to give out KT Sports Junior Trophy.

An evenly contested first half saw the teams go in 1-1. With some good phases of football played by both teams.

The second half was a different affair, with East showing a ruthless side, running away with the tie.

Commiserations to a young Thorfinn side who put in an excellent shift. Well done to East, on what was a well deserved win by full time.

Thanks must go to Kevin Dick for getting the competition up and running again. Also to all the coaches, refs, players and parents!

Finally a last shout out from us, to the team at Hourstons for supplying the medals and doing an excellent job on cleaning up the trophy.
