I'm very pleased to be included in the Strathmore Open Studios event this weekend. Ill not be in my own studio, but exhibiting at Kinnordy House with Jo Gifford, Sheila Roussel Jewellery Design and . In celebration of such a beautiful setting I have made some "Forest Plates", using vintage glass plates, hand painted with enamel and decorated with gold leaf. Come along and see them, and many other fine pieces of ceramics, jewellery and wood turned items. Friday -Monday 10am-5pm

lots happening for Gallus Glass in the next few weeks. I've been busy hatching some of my bird pieces for next weekend's Strathmore Open Studios event. A super event which will take you flying all over Strathmore, For the weekend I will have flown from the Gallus Glass studio and will be nestling House. "cuckooing" with Jo Gifford and her amazing ceramics,Sheila Roussel Jewellery Design and Arun the woodturner. Fabulous company and fabulous items to feather your nest. See you there!

so Bonfest next weekend..... exciting stuff looking forward to seeing Kirriemuir heaving with lovely people. I am also taking part in an Angus Creatives market event in Kirriemuir, as part of the Angus Creatives festival month...... I will have these wee BON ICONS with me, not to many, just to make them a wee bit exclusive and unique, when they are gone they are gone, priced at £40 you can have the pic of the bunch the week before if you like, seeing as you are my dedicated followers! Yes they do have gold leaf halos! I will be selling these and other stained glass delights from the Hamilton Kerr studio - High Street, Kirriemuir, Friday 1st May - Sunday 3rd May, pop in and see us. ###X
