We’re back!! 👋🏻

We’ve had a very exciting month here at Pretty Petals celebrating the new Mr and Mrs Jolly. It was finally our turn to be the Bride and Groom, and what a truly wonderful day we had celebrating with all our family and friends.

A huge shoutout to our dream time of suppliers who helped create our perfect day. We are so grateful for everything you did and it was a privilege to have you be part of our big day. We’ll be giving each of them a shoutout in a later post. If you’re planning a wedding, please consider getting in touch with these guys. They really are amazing!

Sarah will be spending the week catching up on emails and enquiries, so keep your eyes peeled if you’re waiting to hear from us. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and been in touch, and we look forward to speaking to you all soon

One of the reasons why we love May so much is the welcome arrival of these beauties 🥰

Peonies are our favourite flower here at Pretty Petals and we’ll be taking every excuse to include them in our bouquets over the coming weeks. We may also “accidentally” over order just so we can enjoy some for ourselves…

Congratulations to Jess and Steven who got married last week at the beautiful Bartle Hall. It was a lovely sunny day for a really lovely couple. Thank you for choosing Pretty Petals to create your wedding flowers. It was a real pleasure and privilege to be a part of your big day.

Jess’ bridal bouquet contained a beautiful mix of roses, eryngium, lisianthus, ranunculus and a mix of different eucalyptus.

Mother’s Day 2026

It’s just over 2 weeks time until Mother’s Day - a day to celebrate all the wonderful women in our lives.

Pretty Petals’ order book for Mother’s Day is now open. We’re only taking a limited number of orders this year so please get in touch early to avoid disappointment. We’ll have some lovely vase arrangements and gift wrapped bouquets available full of lots of seasonal and spring blooms. Get in touch for more information 💌

We had a lovely weekend here at Pretty Petals HQ as we celebrated the first birthday of our special little rose 🌹

Twelve wonderful months of smiles, giggles, snuggles, tears and sleepless nights with our Little Miss Jolly.

Keep being your happy smiley self little love. You make your Mummy and Daddy incredibly proud every day 😘

A simple thank you 💐

There doesn’t always need to be a birthday, a job promotion, a house move or an engagement to send a bunch of flowers. Sometimes just a simple thank you can be said in the most beautiful and heartfelt way with flowers.

This thank you bouquet was in a natural style with a mix of white avalanche roses, eryngium, lisianthus, alstroemeria and eucalyptus.

I received a lovely email last night to say I’d been nominated for the North West Wedding Awards 2026. Thank you to whoever nominated me 🥹 The fact that you’ve gone out of your way to nominate me and my little business means the absolute world. It’s a real privilege to be able to provide your wedding flowers, no matter how big or small your wedding may be. I’ll never take for granted being asked to be a small part of your big day.

I’m just a little fish in a very big pond. But I truly love what I do and I hope I’m able to carry on doing my thing for the wonderful brides and grooms I get to meet along the way.

This has also given me a much needed confidence boost. I’ve struggled with juggling the demands of being a Mum and running a business. So it’s lovely to get recognition that I’m doing something right!

2025… what a year! It’s been an amazing flower-filled ride.

Thank you to each and every one of you for supporting Pretty Petals this year. Becoming parents has been the most magical and emotional journey we’ve ever been on, and it’s filled our hearts with more love than we could have ever imagined.

It has also meant that Pretty Petals took on a whole new meaning this year. It’s no longer just about the flowers; it’s also about making Alice proud and striving to be a better business owner and Mummy to her.

2025 has also been our busiest and biggest year yet for weddings - how we managed this with a baby in tow, we’ll never know!! It certainly wouldn’t have been possible without all the support we’ve had along the way.

A big shout out to all the parents out there running your own businesses with little ones. Wow, it’s hard isn’t it?! It’s a constant juggle with a never ending to-do list and demands coming at you from all angles. But we also feel incredibly lucky and proud that we’ve made our passion into a business that Alice can hopefully be proud of some day.

So here’s to all our followers, friends and supporters 🥂 may 2026 bring you peace, health and happiness.
