When we opened back in 2012 we were full blown millennial cringe. Syphon coffee came in enamel cups, hotter than the sun and lattes in glasses, luke warm. But it’s 2026 so we’ve switched to these nice brown cups, complete with handles, colour and about an extra ounce of coffee.

New month, new subscription coffee! This month it’s the turn of Kalingwe, a coffee produced by 107 farmers in the Rwenzori mountains of Uganda. Super clean and balanced for a natural, we get redcurrant, blueberry, chocolate and a long finish.

Just Landed - Uganda Kalingwe

Another banger from Agri Evolve UK a purpose-driven B Lab working alongside coffee farmers in Uganda. This time we’ve gone for a natural lot grown by the Kalingwe community, located high in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains. Expect a vibrant, fruit-forward coffee with juicy notes of blueberry and redcurrant, complemented by a rich chocolate sweetness.

Something fun just landed in the roastery from Edison Argote, his first Advanced Honey processed coffee. This rare Papayo variety, a natural mutation of Caturra from Huila Colombia, highlights a rich body with candy-like sweetness and notes of tropical fruit like passionfruit, mango and pomegranate. First batch just roasted, give it a try this weekend.
