No one has ever told us our products taste different. Here’s why...

27 years ago, Peter and Elisabeth (Mr and Mrs Tilly) saw an opportunity to make traditional Scottish tablet using quality ingredients.

Peter found an old recipe from his mother and began attempting to create his own. After many failed attempts, he perfected the recipe using just a small pan and wooden spoon.

Nearly 30 years later, this recipe hasn’t changed.
