"I used Our Bathroom to help fix our Aqualisa back in February 2025. I'd first called Aqualisa and was disgusted by their response, basically buy a new unit at a small fortune !!! I'd then tried to fix it myself by buying the O ring set and then spare units off eBay. Nothing had worked and then I found Our Bathroom.
From then on it was great. I actually dropped the broken and spare unit off at the workshop. The technician took one look at the original and identified the problem in 30 seconds. I'd never stood a chance of fixing it myself. The control chip on the board had fried. We agreed that we could replace it with the chip from the spare. Our bathroom completed the repair and 2 days later it had been shipped back to my home address. Connected it up and YESSSSS !!!! I'm now buying the Warranty Our Bathroom provide. The workshop was full of units and spare parts. This is the place to use if you ever need your Aqualisa fixed."
