🍞🍌 Banana Bread Jar 🍌🍞

One of my favourite smells of all time is banana bread baking in the oven and wafting through the house. Especially this (many times tried and tested) recipe which is packed with bananas to keep it moist, cinnamon to spice it up, soft brown sugar to provide a caramel flavour and melted chocolate chips throughout for an extra special treat.

This delicious combination is hard to resist with a cup of tea. Be warned, you definitely won't be able to stop at one slice! 😋

Did anyone guess correctly?

We were testing chocolate and pistachio cookies today and they were delicious! We think these would also taste great with hazelnuts and that they would be perfect to let the Dad's know the kids are nuts about them on Father's Day. We'll be designing our jars this week, keep an eye out on our page for updates!

Rocky Road Chocolate Brownie Mix 😋🍫

These pretty handmade jars are carefully crafted with layers of flour, fine cocoa powder, soft brown sugar, caster sugar and just a pinch of salt and baking powder. Topped with milk chocolate and white chocolate chunks and a good handful of pink and white fluffy marshmallows to finish these are the ultimate 'bake it yourself' treat and guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth!

Ingredients weigh approximately 730g and will transform into 16 delicious square brownies when added to butter and eggs. Simply mix, bake, sprinkle marshmallows over the top in the last 2 minutes of baking and you will be rewarded with the tastiest of brownies and the smell of chocolate baking wafting through your home 😍
