After 4 fantastic years in Launceston, the time has come for Wild Gifts to close its doors for the final time this September, as I move on to my next chapter...

I'm deeply grateful to every single person who has supported this local business, taken part in events around the town or chosen us for special gifts over the years. It's been a privilege to be part of our high street community!

🌟 Our Grand Clearance Sale starts this Saturday, doors open at 10am, with 20% OFF store-wide across all gifts and cards. 🌟

Popular items will sell out fast, and there'll be freebies for early birds, so be sure to pop in early to catch a bargain for the season ahead while stock lasts!

From the shop featuring in BBC dramas to supporting local charities and organisations it's been great to be a part of the town over the years, and we'll be raising money for Launceston Cats Protection as well in the days ahead, so please do pop in over the coming weeks to say goodbye and grab a final deal! 🦔🐾

It's the Launceston Show today (Thursday) but if you're in town via the free shuttle service or about this weekend why not pop in to one of the amazing shops the town centre has to offer!

🌟It's finally time to announce our Rule of Cool Painting Competition Winners! 🌟 Voting was close but the winner of the vote for Coolest Concept decided by the public was Martin Cargill, with the amazing 'Krankett Metalclaw on Skaven Airship'! A truly terrifying behemoth, and certainly bound to bring back a fear of pirates to anyone sailing the clouds...

The award for the best painted model in the public vote went to the 'Terminator 1984' model by Alex, with some real neon and club Tech Noir vibes - might have changed the outcome in the film of the same name considerably!

Both winners grab a rare set of Iron Warriors Dice and a £20 voucher each to spend on any Warhammer kit they like at Wild Gifts.

Finally the small model award went to the Pinky and the Brain model by Simone Davey, which made amazing use of detail, textures and highlights to give a real sense of character - also taking home a £20 voucher.

Congratulations to all our winners and thanks to everybody who took part and voted as well, the voting was again very close but all the models received some great comments and inspired those that came in to look as well!

Finally, don't forget it's just weeks away from the release of the 11th Edition Armageddon boxed set - this amazing value set can be grabbed at 15% off the RRP, and is over 300% better value than buying the contents separately! We have a few sets available for the release date, but first come, first served only...

It's finally here! The 'Warhammer: Armageddon' boxed set launch has arrived and for a *very* limited time only there's an added value box that will only be available while supplies last! 💫

Voting is now open for our 'Rule of Cool' Warhammer Painting Competition! We'll be adding some more photos over the course of the next fortnight but all you need to do is pop in to place your votes for your choice of winner!

There have been some truly amazing entries from the fearsome and fiery Dragon, striking neon Terminator 1984, the fleet of foot Watch Captain Gabriel, imposing (and slightly updated!) Ork Mumakil, Krankett Metalclaw on the towering Skaven Airship, the virulent Pinky and the Brain, the oddly familiar looking law enforcing Robo-White Scar, to the brutally cunning Ork Warboss with a vicious Attack Squig...

Finally we also have our prize draw winner to announce, and taking away the brand new Legio Custodes Shield Captain miniature is Harry Prior, congratulations!

We've a range of Warhammer new in, some already no longer available online, and are always happy to order in any particular kit... next update will feature the soon to land 11th Edition Armageddon box set, sure to be a speedy sell out...

There's still time to enter our Rule of Cool Painting Competition, with models open for voting on the 2nd May - enter whatever Warhammer model you like, just as long as it presents something unexpected or different! Prizes range from Warhammer vouchers to rare dice sets that are already unavailable elsewhere for each winner!!!

This week sees the return of two figures perfect for Rule of Cool - Commissar Yarrick has cheated death and stormed back to the front lines, just in time to face down Wazdakka Gutsmek (unsurprisingly an Ork - but in this case one of the greatest Speed Freaks alive, atop his warbike Big Revva!) ...

Adding to some amazing characters are Intranzia Fraye, mounted on her walking war machine, Commissar Graves and the Armageddon Battalion for Astra Militarum and a Speedwaaaagh detachment for Orks to boot!

As always let us know if any of these are of interest as some will likely sell out at speed as well...

Size Limits: The entry must easily fit within the footprint of an A4 piece of paper.
Kitbashing: Highly encouraged! Third-party parts are allowed, provided the core model remains recognizably Warhammer.
