I worked out what the problem was! Without a single Shopify 'specialist' help. Aka not a single person from customer service has been able to help in about a month 😤
Anyway. The issue is, I can't upload downloaded photos.... but take a screenshot of that photo and p**f, it works 🤦‍♀️🤣
