Doing Art in the Park meant I pulled all of my work together and was able to evaluate it. I tend to move from one thing to another quite quickly, so my prints are really my thoughts process.

Looking back, I'm struck by these 5x5 cm miniprints.

I originally did some of these for an open exhibition in New York. They are like a sketch book, and I don't usually sell them. But quite a few went at the weekend.

They are maybe my favourites. And they are quicker to do, and let me experiment with colours and layers.

They are all carborundum with 3 or 4 layers of wet ink printed on top of wet ink.

I think will try more out. I especially like the seascape ones. Maybe in colour sets.

Day one of art in the park done, I think it was a success? Lots of pictures went, nice to see some older prints going to good homes ❤️

I love pushing a motif as far as I can. Having a rummage around unfinished projects, I really love this print. Very atmospheric, very simple. Especially having had my head on the illustrating of a product (game design) or so long, it is nice to come back to these.
