Let the words soften your inner dialogue, calm your edges, and remind you that you are deserving of tenderness - especially from yourself. 🤍 This is so important, the language we use towards ourselves, if you hear the dialogue that isn't kind in your head... shut it down straight away, shake it off and come back to why we are all here... love.
