We are a family farm growing arable crops, cider apples, cherries and a few apricots. The first of our cherry trees were planted nearly 20 years ago and have slowly planted more trees to meet demand. We started selling cherries from the farm gate with an honesty box, but soon with word of mouth we realised that we needed something more permanent and now have a manned stall open 7 days a week durin

g the short cherry season. We grow the following varieties - Lapins, Stella, Summer Sun, Sweetheart, Penny, Folfer, Vanda, Regina, Black Star, Grace Star - All grown under Polly tunnels which are covered from March until all the cherries are picked. All of the cherries are picked on the day of sale by a small band of pickers who start at 5am each morning to ensure the cherries are as fresh as possible. The early start is necessary as it can reach over 45 Celcius on a sunny day under the tunnels!

We are picking for the final day today and once all the cherries have been sold we will be closed for cherry season 2026.

🍑We are also picking apricots today🍑
Due to limited numbers of apricots we are unable to reserve them, first come first served. Thank you for your understanding.

Once we have sold out of cherries and apricots we will announce it on social media.

As always we’d like to say a huge thank you to the team who work tirelessly behind the scenes. This includes our pickers, starting at 5am every day and picking every single cherry by hand. Our sorting/weighing team, making sure you have only the best of the best! And our shop team who greet you every day and enjoy having a chat with you if it’s not too busy!

Thank you to all our wonderful customers, we love seeing how much joy the cherries bring to Ledbury and much much further afield.

Dear customers, the end of the shortest season we have ever had is fast approaching. Although the hot weather has meant less fruit we think you’ll all agree the cherries have loved the sun and been absolutely delicious!

We are picking today and hopefully Wednesday however that will be all our cherries gone for this year.

No apricots today.

We are open from 10am - 6pm, cash & card payments accepted.

We are often asked if we have anything else for sale and we do have honey. The bees have helped pollinate the cherry trees and the honey is made locally. You can choose between set and runny honey. £8 per jar.

We are open Sunday from 10am - 6pm. Cash & card payments accepted.
