Hi.

This Saturday 2nd of May at

I have invited a charity so close to my heart. Pumping marvalous

A personal reason behind the invite.

5 years ago my world was turned upside down.

To be told you have Heart Failure.
And your heart is working at 5% yes 5% .

My heart was fading. I came so close to leaving all that i cherished.

Once the doctors had confirmed and started the treatment. I decided from then on which is exactly 5years ago this weekend I would fight this with everything I had .

I won't lie its been tough and very challenging. And I've had many crying days.

And that's where Pumping Marvelous come in. I joined there group and found there are hundreds of people just like me . The support is truly amazing.
The advice and information which is changing all the time is so valuable .

Honestly I can't thank them enough.

So please pop in to Piazza at Leeds Corn Exchange

Please meet the volunteer who will be here to help with advice and raising awareness.

Let's reach more people. Who may not know the signs .

Let's make a difference .

So here we are.
The last market of 2025 is over.

Thank you to all of you.
Little Fox is so greatfull to know so many wonderful people.

Its been a tough year for you i know.
And I've been on this journey with you.

Until the world stops being greedy . We have to do the best we can.

Thank you to the public who have done there best to show support for the small independent businesses.

Its a struggle for so many.
And support maybe small but its still there.

Hopefully it will improve in the new year.

Thank you once again for everything.

It's long days at these events.
And takes true grit to push through these tough financial times.

Don't give up. Keep going if you can.
