So Etsy might have had a point… I am terrible at replying to messages quickly 😬 But when the algorithm said No, customers still said Yes!
Not saying that slow responses = sales, and I definitely would recommend getting back to potential customers ASAP. My flurry of orders after that message from Etsy was probably just a great coincidence. But it’s a nice reminder that if you run a business you don’t have to be tied to your phone, and it’s ok if you’re a bit disorganised / forgetful / scatty / easily distracted / overwhelmed / busy / tired / all of the above!
