🎉 Pokémon fans! 🎉

The new Mega Moonlit and Lumiose City mini tins launch tomorrow!

If you’re lucky enough to have reserved one, please collect tomorrow or Saturday. If you’re unable to collect by Saturday, please get in touch and we can send you a payment link to secure your reservation.

We do have a small number of mini tins available that have not been reserved. To help as many young Pokémon fans as possible, these will be sold strictly to children only.

NeeDoh is absolutely crazy right now, and we are doing our very best to make sure as many children as possible leave the shop happy.

Because of that, we have the same rules in place as before. We know they can be frustrating for some people, but they are genuinely the fairest way we have found to make sure the stock reaches as many children as possible.

We appreciate that not everyone will agree with our rules, but we ask that they are respected. Thank you to the vast majority of customers who continue to be understanding, patient and supportive.

Please be kind to our staff. They are simply following the policies we have put in place and are doing their best in a very challenging situation. It is not part of their job to deal with aggressive comments, arguments, or attempts to pressure them into making exceptions.

Our rules are simple it’s one per child and they must be in store to purchase, no reservations.

We have 12 NeeDoh cubes left out of the 96 delivered today and we will sell these from 3.30pm tomorrow to give the children a chance to come in after school.

At the moment I don’t think I will be getting any more NeeDoh until July, then we will be getting much more stock as supply levels increase.
We are also getting lots more new squishy toys in stock hopefully from tomorrow and you’ll be delighted to know there are no restrictions on any other brands, it’s just NeeDoh as the demand is stupendous.

🎉 Ok NeeDoh fans, we finally have some great news… we have NeeDoh! 🎉

It will be on sale from 3.30pm today, today’s delivery is the Glitter and Glow Nice Cube at £7.00.

As always, we’re sticking to the same rules to try and make things as fair as possible and give as many children as we can the chance to get one.

⭐ One NeeDoh per child
⭐ The child must be present in store
⭐ No buying for children who are not present
⭐ No reservations

Sorry for the rules, but we’re trying our best to ensure as many children as possible get the chance to buy one.

The good news is that we’ve received a bigger delivery than expected, so please don’t panic if you can’t get here right at 3.30pm. We should have enough stock to last until we close at 5pm.

☀️Happy Saturday everyone☀️
Hope you are well and have had a good half term. Today is the last day to enter our competition.
Collect an entry form from us and count the wooden armadillos in our window to win a voucher to spend in store.

So the squishy craze is still going crazy!

We have lots of squishy choices in store and for the last few weeks it’s all been about the Slow Rise Butters 🧈. We’ve had several deliveries this week and even more arriving next week too.

But the big question we’re being asked all day, every day is… “Do you have any NeeDoh?”

Well, we wish we did! NeeDoh is still in extremely short supply worldwide and we’re only receiving very small amounts at a time. The good news is that larger shipments are expected into the UK by July, so stock levels should start to improve.

As always, we’ll post on our social media as soon as we have any updates to share. When stock does arrive we will continue selling from 3.30pm so children can come after school, and it will remain one per child until supply improves.

🎥 We Need Your Help! 🎥

Are you free tomorrow afternoon?
We’re filming a little promo video for Armadillo Toys and we’d love some of our lovely customers to be part of it.

We’re looking for children of all ages (and grown ups too!) to appear in a few short clips around the shop, including:
🛍 Buying something at the till
💬 Chatting to us
🧸 Asking for toy advice
🎈 Browsing and enjoying the shop

No acting experience needed at all, just friendly faces who love visiting Armadillo.

If you or your children would be happy to take part, just turn up tomorrow afternoon between 1pm and 2pm.
This is a competition organised by Screen Yorkshire for film making students and we’ve love to help our team win.

We’ve had another busy week at Armadillo Toys. Lots of new toys and goodies have arrived and, of course, we’ve also had a NeeDoh drop and the new Pokémon launch this week!

Putting those two very popular events aside for a moment, we’ve also refreshed our Ready To Go Gifts with some new bags. These contain a pre-wrapped present and are perfect if you’re short on time. We have options from baby up to 8 years, with gifts to suit a range of budgets too.
