Good evening all , just a quick post I need get out there ,we have seen a Facebook post raising concerns about poor service from a business operating under the same name in Bradford.

We would like to reassure customers that Vac Shack Pudsey is an independently owned local business and has no connection whatsoever with the Bradford business or the services described in the post.

We are concerned that the similarity in names could cause confusion and unfairly affect our reputation. Vac Shack Pudsey mainly sells and repairs vacuum cleaners, and we do not repair carpet cleaners.
