Had to disappoint a customer today who'd ordered a pair of earrings that were sadly out of stock. I offered her a substitute and got this LOVELY message from her:

"I just wanted to say that's no problem at all, I'll take the substitute earrings but I also wanted to say you didn't let me down, I really like your store and want to support it." Aren't people just lovely? Here's a picture of the substitute I sent.

I do have enough for another pair so if you would like a set, pm me and I'll sort out the details.
