We are looking to welcome an additional driver to the team.

This job entails a wide array of duties such as delivering medication to homes, collecting and sorting out waste from care homes, and doing little tasks to keep busy as the deliveries are being sorted out by the rest of the team. We are looking for someone who has some flexibility as the delivery routes all depend on the scripts issued on the day.

Lastly, this role comes with the responsibility of taking care of the van assigned to you by making sure it is kept clean and everything is up to scratch. This is crucial as it reflects back on to the Pharmacy.

We are looking for a dispenser for our busy, internet pharmacy in Leeds. You will support the pharmacists in their working relationship with the GPs/care homes. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the pharmacy. This position is for either qualified dispensers or someone who is willing and happy to learn as we can offer training and a dispensing course.

You will need to have good customer service skills. You will need to be comfortable providing friendly advice to customers/carers and be able to deal assist them with queries smoothly.

This position is for either part-time or full-time and everyone starts with minimum wage.

We are looking for someone who is interested in taking part in an apprenticeship scheme.
This role is HEAVILY IT BASED. It requires someone who is calm and has good phone mannerism as it involves a lot of liaising between the pharmacy, our clients and the surgeries we are associated with. It will involve looking over charts from our clients against scripts from the surgeries therefore attention to detail is also key. Lastly, the successful candidate will be required to put stock away and to also assist the other colleagues with minor jobs here and there.

We are looking to recruit an Accuracy checking, technician.
We have a hardworking team that has helped us expand.

The vacancy can be tailored for the ACT part-time or full time.

We are an online pharmacy that works heavily with care homes. The job entails checking compliance aids and MAR charts. (We provide training for our services)

We require you to:
• To carry out final checking of dispensed items according to the accuracy checking Standard Operating Procedures and provide assistance to pharmacy personnel when necessary.
• To supervise and perform duties associated with the control and management of pharmacy systems and prescription dispensing.
• To maintain and analyze a record/portfolio of errors detected in preparation for re-accreditation every two years.
• To select and label pharmaceutical products in accordance with a prescription by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complying with all legal requirements as appropriate when not providing accuracy checking.
• To ensure the safe and correct transfer of dispensed items to patients.
• To identify medicine-related problems or queries and bring these to the attention of the pharmacist.
• To answer queries on the supply and availability of medicines, where it is within their competence.
• To accurately maintain Patient Medication Records (PMR) to ensure patient safety and in accordance with data protection requirements.
• To receive stock in accordance with SOPs.
• To ensure the safe and appropriate storage of medicines.
• To assist with stock control and the maintenance of reasonable stock levels within the dispensary.
