'Interesting' conversation with a lady just now. She came into the bookshop asking for a specific title. I replied that it is actually due to come out tomorrow and that we could order it for her with pleasure. 'That's our bread and butter', I said. 'Well', she replied, 'I came in here because you're a bookshop and I thought you would have it. I don't need to help you by ordering it from your shop, when I can do that myself online at home'.

I don't know about you, but having this short and not very sweet conversation made me a little sad.
