HAPPY NATIONAL OATCAKE DAY!

Here in the Staffordshire Moorlands, we know there’s only one oatcake worth talking about!

Forget the crunchy oatcakes you might find elsewhere - our Staffordshire oatcakes are soft, savoury and delicious 😋, especially when they are loaded with melted cheese and bacon or whatever else takes your fancy!

And we have to give a big shout-out to our neighbours - Leek Oatcake Shop, right next to us here at Protech! ❤️.

Being proudly based in Leek, we’re lucky to have such a fantastic local oatcake shop on our doorstep. So today, we’re celebrating one of our favourite Staffordshire specialities!
