I started selling some of my products as a hobby, alongside my full-time job in the Travel industry. Following illness and a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, I found myself having to give up the job I loved, in an industry I had been in for over 20 years, due to the unpredictable nature and extreme pain and exhaustion of this condition. Having been in this awful situation, after many tears and receiving

nice calming hugs (one of my favourite things) - Serene Embrace was born. I have always had a life-long dream of working for myself and having my own business, but hadn’t ever thought it would be possible, so from this awful situation I found myself in, it has actually become a very positive turning point for me, giving me the freedom of working for myself and being able to work round my illness by working when I am physically and mentally able to.

After much thought over the past few weeks, I have decided to stop making wax melts and close Serene Embrace completely.
The website will be close on 30th April.
I want to thank every single one of you that has purchased, shared, liked, followed and supported me over the last 3 years.
So much has happened during that time and I am no longer the person that I was then and it’s time for me to move forward.
