🦴 FREE FAMILY EVENT THIS SATURDAY AT BEAUMONT! 🐪✨

Two completely free, non-ticketed experiences are coming to Beaumont Shopping Centre this Saturday, 20th June — and you don’t want your family to miss them.

🏛️ CABINET OF CURIOSITY — Leicester Museums & Galleries
The Cabinet of Curiosity is a travelling pop-up museum — and it’s landing right here at Beaumont. Packed with extraordinary objects, it invites everyone to explore local heritage up close and completely hands-on.

On the day you can:
• Hold a real 65-million-year-old dinosaur fossil bone in your hands
• Come face to face with a juvenile taxidermy Cayman crocodile
• Have a go on a vintage typewriter
• Discover the oldest object in the cabinet — a fossil of the mighty scale tree (Lepidodendrales)

Running throughout the day from 11AM to 4PM. Free. No tickets needed.

🐪 SAHARA WALKABOUT — Creature Encounters
A fully animatronic, professional-grade camel puppet is roaming the centre — and she has opinions. Meet Kitty the Camel and His Minuscule Majesty Prince Amir for a walkabout experience that is genuinely unlike anything else.

Stroke the camel. Get your palm read by the camel herder. Get the photo of the year.

Walkabout times: 11:30 AM • 1:30 PM • 3:00 PM (30 minutes each)
