🩷 Best Selling Product 🩷

My best selling products are my 11oz Mugs.

Customers love them and they are handy as they can be used everyday and be taken with you, to use in the office and they also make lovely gifts.

In my 3 years in business I have sold so many mugs.. I have actually lost count 😂

What do I think about it?🤔

Well I love that they are very sturdy and they can used as part of your everyday life. They make amazing gifts and they are very versatile and I love that I can print absolutely anything on them, From wedding, to personalised photos or just a general image. Each personalised mug is unique and made with care.

MATERIAL SPOTLIGHT

I thought I'd show you one of my products.

❤️ My wooden coasters ❤️

Ok so I'm not sure if you are aware but I have to use a certain kind of coasters in my business

I use wooden MDF coasters with a Glossy white top sublimation layer. This is called (Polymer)

❤️ This allows sublimation inks to transfer images on to various different materials. I:E wood, acrylic, metal

Why do I not use normal coasters or normal clear acrylic?

If I used the normal materials the sublimation ink wouldnt sit on the surface and not create a permanent bond, this would lead to a faded or easily removable print.

Why do I only use sublimation ink and not normal ink?

Sublimation ink is very different from regular printer ink.

It's designed to undergo a phase transition from solid to gas when heated, rather than remaining a liquid or solid on the surface.

This unique property allows the ink to pe*****te and bond with specially coated substrates, like polyester, during the heat transfer process, creating a durable and vibrant image and the sublimation printer doesn't print white. It also comes with a pricetag.

❤️ There are also two types of coating ❤️

The two main types of sublimation coating are:

🩷 1. Polyester Coating

Description: A surface coated with a polyester-based polymer.

Use: This is the most common type of sublimation coating because sublimation ink only bonds effectively with polyester materials.

🩷 2. Polymer Film Coating (or Sublimation Film Coating)

Description: A thin film made of polyester or another sublimation-receptive polymer is laminated onto the surface of the object.

Use: Instead of spraying or dipping, this film is applied using heat and pressure.
