I'm like you guys. Sometimes I like to buy a record for myself. This weekend it was two that I've been after for a long time. The Best Dressed Chicken in Town is a first press UK Greensleeves copy and is simply the best Reggae album ever recorded. I now have a vg+ modern reissue that is surplus to requirements and on sale soon. The Gil Scott Heron album is a 1982 US pressing on Arista and is a wonderful record by an actual genius. Listen to him if you don't know his music. He's probably more relevant today than he was then. So, a couple of belters for me that you can't have cos they're mine. But what can I get you ask? Well I bought for you too this weekend so watch out for some stairy starry action soon. In the meantime, I'm off for a wee listen.
