How Often Should I Change My Hot Tub Water?
This is a frequent questions we're asked!

As a general rule, you should drain and refill your hot tub every 3–4 months.

However, it does depend on how often it's used. If you've got a busy family, the kids are in it every day during the holidays, or you're regularly entertaining guests, you may need to change the water more frequently.

Signs it's time for a water change include:

💦 The water won't stay clear, even after balancing.
🫧 Persistent foam or a greasy waterline.
🧪 You're using more chemicals than usual to maintain the water.
👃 The water has an unpleasant smell.
☀️ Heavy summer use with lots of sunscreen, body oils and debris.

Changing the water regularly helps:

✔️ Keep the water fresh and hygienic.
