NEWS UPDATE 12th July 2021

Dear Customers,

As the Covid situation slowly eases our Leicester premises are open for
demonstrations, collections and service. We would ask that visitors observe
appropriate safety measures regarding masks, social distancing etc. Please
book an appointment.

We continue to be busy but I am pleased to say that the lead time for orders
has improved from earlier this year.

Sadly the combination of price increases in parts and especially shipping
has forced us to increase our prices from August for new orders. Orders
placed in July will be completed at the old prices.

NEWS UPDATE 8th April 2021

Dear Customers,

Things are looking up! From Monday the 12th We will be open again for sales, demonstrations and service for personal calls and we will be fully staffed.
However we must ask that visitor continue to take appropriate safety measures regarding masks, distancing etc. Please book an appointment. We continue to be busy with UK and export orders so please be patient if you have and order with us. After sales service is always a priority at Icon Audio, most repairs are completed within a week.

I am delighted to report we have received from Russia a shipment of the amazing new Tung Sol KT170 output valve which promises to set new standards in valve audio, compatible with Stereo 60, Stereo 30, MB90, MB30.

News Update 11th February 2021.

The Icon team continue remain well and are continuing with production andafter sales service. To facilitate greater social distancing we have reduced staffing by 1/3 temporarily.

The on-going national Covid 19 restrictions mean that demonstrations in our listening room are not currently possible. However personal deliveries and collections are possible observing social distancing from outside ourpremises, subject to Covid 19 rules.

UPS, DHL, and Royal Mail appear to be working normally so sales, repairs and spares can be transported without any difficulty. But it should be mentioned that couriers and postal services outside the UK can be subject to severe delay in some cases.

Home demonstrations by courier are possible (subject to conditions), except for heavier units, more information on request.

We continue to be busy with UK and export orders, new orders being approximately 2-3 weeks, most repairs 1-2 weeks.
