Look at the work round the edges here. Scribed tight to the bath panel, cut round the pan and the pipe, and finished into a brass trim at the door where it meets the carpet. Every one of those is a hand cut, and any one of them being off is the bit you would stare at every morning.

LVT belongs in a bathroom. Water is no bother, and it is warm to stand on getting out of the bath.
