We are incredibly proud, humbled, and completely blown away to announce a massive milestone for our team: TabletopTyrantUK has officially hit 100% Positive Feedback on eBay with over 5.8K items sold!
But what makes this truly special is how the score works. eBay calculates feedback on a strict, rolling 12-month cycle. To get a perfect score, you have to execute a completely flawless year of packing, shipping, and quality control.
Looking back through our archives, we realised this is the second time our community has helped us lock in a perfect year—our team hit this exact same 100% milestone back in March 2021! Hitting a flawless run five years apart proves that our dedication to protecting your miniatures isn't a temporary trend; it's just how we do things day in and day out. We've been at around 99.7% postive for years, but it finally happened again!
We're giving ourselves a pat on the back, as this is a rare achievement in distribution. As you know, parcels can be lost or damaged in transit. Delivered to the wrong address or delayed due to snow or melting roads. But for a full year, if things did go wrong, we kept every customer happy through our dedication to customer satisfaction.
