We’re all set up at the fantastic RSPCA Woodside event in Leicester! 🐾

If you’re coming along today, make sure you come and say hello. You’ll find BigYawn 3D tucked away around the back in the paddock, with plenty of 3D printed gifts, fidgets, flexis, bookmarks and pocket-money treats waiting for you.

There are loads of brilliant stalls, plenty to see and, of course, lots of lovely dogs enjoying the day too. We hope to see you there!

Well… today didn’t quite go to plan! 😅

We turned up at Hinckley Market this morning, only to find our usual pitch already occupied. Unfortunately, we hadn’t had any warning and couldn’t get hold of the market manager, so there wasn’t much we could do.

Rather than let it spoil the day, we’re heading back to HQ to make the most of the unexpected free time. We’ve got some exciting new 3D print designs to work on, a few updates to make to the website, and plenty of preparation to do for tomorrow’s event at the RSPCA Woodside Animal Centre. 🐾

As for Hinckley Market, we’re not sure when we’ll be back… or if we’ll be back. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

If you were planning to pop down and see us today, we’re sorry to have missed you. The good news is you’ll definitely be able to find us tomorrow at the RSPCA Woodside event, and then again at the Hinckley Parks Primary School Summer Fair on the 27th.

Sometimes the printer has other plans… and apparently so does the market! 😂

We are ready to set off to the Narborough Arts, Wine & Food Festival!

You'll find BigYawn 3D at RobJohn Hall today and tomorrow, alongside a fantastic selection of local businesses, food vendors and exhibitors. It's shaping up to be a brilliant community event with plenty to see, do, eat and drink.

Some mornings just like to keep you humble.

So far today I’ve managed to bang my head, drop a box on my toe, forget some of my display stands, and arrive to the traditional British welcome of rain. If there was an award for graceful event setup, I suspect I’m no longer in the running.

That said, I’m all set up at Hinckley Market and looking forward to a good day, followed by a busy weekend of events. There are plenty of 3D printed goodies, gifts, fidgets, bookmarks and random things that seemed like a great idea at the time.

If you’re out and about, pop over and say hello. Your support may not fix my toe, improve my memory, or stop the rain, but it will definitely improve my mood.

Unfortunately the brilliant K&K dog show was cancelled today so we have made our way to the Measham car boot. Going to be a lovely day :)

We’ve made another small update to the BigYawn 3D website. After adding the new events page recently, we’ve now added a custom print request form too.

If you’re looking for something a bit more specific, such as a personalised gift, a colour change, a small display piece, a bookmark, an event item, or a simple practical print, you can now send the details over through the website and we’ll take a look.

Not every request will be possible, and we do need to check that anything requested is safe, suitable and practical to print, but this should make it much easier to start the conversation properly.

Thanks again for all the support, suggestions and event recommendations recently. The site is slowly becoming a much better home for what we do, and this is another useful step forward.

After a few people asked where they can find us next, we thought it was about time we added a proper events page to the BigYawn 3D website.

You can now see the upcoming markets, fairs, car boots, school fairs and community events where we’re planning to bring the stall over the next few weeks. As always, some outdoor events may be weather dependent and details can change at short notice, so please check the page and our latest posts before travelling.
