Right, final post as we are all shattered and need some sleep. We just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the Lazydays Festival crew. It’s a huge boon for Southend to have this on the doorstep. It brings in thousands of the happiest people and really does show off some of the best of our town. Hundreds of our small, local businesses, in combination with a host of volunteers, work in near perfect harmony to make it all happen. It is incredible to witness. And it’ll be here year on year with your support - so get your tickets in early and come out in your thousands next year for an even bigger and better festival. This post ends with a picture of some of our family (and friends) with The Official Sister Sledge and some of her family after she had just sung ‘We Are Family’ - hopefully you’ll appreciate the laboured sentiment…❤️
