Had the pleasure of getting to do another one of these absolutely gorgeous chests with marble tops that will eventually be a bathroom vanity. I’m in love with them and absolutely need to find one for myself! The mission was to strip the old very orange dated colour and give it a gorgeous chocolate finish. Lots of sanding and lots of wax removed it’s now looking lush and richly deep in colour. Thank you to the amazing Amy Amy Adams - Interior Design & Styling for another piece ❤️ hope you guys love it as much as we did!

Two more commissions completed 🙌 we had two beautiful stag chests that seriously needed some restoration. We stripped we sanded we oiled ….there was a lot of stain varnish glue and filler but they came out looking brand new ready to head off to the most amazing retail space Modern Design Shop | Interior Modern now we are to the next piece! Busy busy and so grateful for the work 🙌 if you have a piece you need bringing back to life please just get in touch

Another commission piece done! 🙌🙌🙌 this needed a good sanding for sure! Lots of water stains and black rings on the top. The whole piece needed a good freshen up. Sanded striped and sealed and back to its owner for many more years to come.

Been super busy this last month with commissions which is just amazing and I honestly just can not thank our customers enough for choosing wild and idle time and time again! Just finished these three awesome pieces, a gorgeous plate rack which has been hand painted in farrow and balls strong white then distressed. This amazing display cabinet with just the most gorgeous stained glass and original leather shelf frill, hand painted in farrow and balls green smoke, and lastly the amazing vintage lamp hand painted in such a cool striking colour by paint and paper called Grenache! Honestly these projects are what it’s all about. Revive relove reuse be bold be individual!

Vibes! Seriously!! This is so bloody cool! Vintage dresser wjth amazing heavy tilting mirrors that are just chefs kiss. Hand painted in farrow and balls sap (I had leftovers and was desp to use again) as you guys know the shop is tiny and pictures are so hard so I’m actually glad I got even these ones 😂😂😂 best come have a look in person to really appreciate this vintage chest of drawers 🙌👏❤️ this green tho 😍

Just finished! Love love love this colour by farrow and ball called sap. It’s just such a vibrant green creating an amazing pop of colour to any space. This vintage ercol bookcase is the perfect addition to any room…. Could be used as soooo many different things ….tv unit, shoe storage kitchen spices or drinks cabinet, bathroom towels …. The options are endless … break the rules ! Available now ❤️🙌
