Burn our sage smudge sticks or palo santo to cleanse negative energy from yourself, your home or work place like you would incense.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Light one end of the sage/palo santo stick with a lighter or matches. Allow the flame to burn briefly before blowing it out so that it smokes, like you would with incense. - you may have to repeat this process throughout your room/body cleanse depending on how long you use it for.
2. Waft and move the smoke around the person/room/space setting your intention. Move the smoke into the corners and guide the negative energy out towards the door or window. You can use a feather to do this. Always be careful not to set fire to anything near you!
3. Place on a heat proof surface away from anything flammable to allow the smoke to finish.

It’s the OG boss’s birthday today 🥳

And shhh 🤫 don’t tell anyone, but he’s turning 80! ❤️

I made this card for him because well, he is the best dad and since retiring from our Southend shop a couple of years ago he is still helping us in the leigh on sea shop on a daily basis!

So of course I had to make him a sparkly personalised card. Don’t worry, he’s used to the glitter 🤣✨💁🏻‍♀️
