It's Friday, hooray! Do you have fun weekend plans?

I've got a baby shower tomorrow for my sister in law, and then a 5 year old's birthday party on Sunday 🫠 the weather looks gorgeous too so hoping we might get the first barbecue of the year! We'll see. Got lots of gardening to do as well, amongst the usual kid wrangling and catching up on work stuff!

It's National Pet Day! Hooray! So today I will celebrate all things MOOSE! He's got his pal Bunty staying for a few days too so I think they will both get a special dinner 😍

What do I love about having a dog? So many things. Having someone to come home to. Someone to love. Someone who makes me go out for a walk no matter what. The joy they bring my children.

If you've been here a while, you know I am a bona fide animal lover. Ex zoo keeper. Lifetime pet owner! I love animals of all shapes and sizes. And yes, I do miss working with animals. But I wouldn't change a thing about my life.
