Payment is required upfront before the item is dispatched. Payment Methods: Paypal and Bank Transfer
Delivery arrangements and costs:
Small items will be mailed via Royal Mail and larger via courier service
This will be dependent on each product and will be detailed in the individual product description. Returns and Refunds:
I will provide a picture of each finished item before posting or collection. If you are unhappy or spot any mistakes, they can be rectified at this point. I will not accept returns for made to order items unless they are faulty or damaged in the post. You have the right to return standard items with 14 days if you change your mind but you are responsible for paying the cost of return. I will only refund the cost of the actual product
