🧶 BEGINNERS KNITTING 🧶

Would you like to learn the basics but dont know where to start? Why not book onto one of our classes?

Saturday 26th September - 12-2.30 pm and/or

Thursday 29th October - 12 - 2.30 pm

£17.50 per class which includes knitting needles, starter wool, instructions and a cuppa tea/coffee and biscuits.

All you crocheters out there!! Would you like to have a go at the Mosaic technique? We have some spaces on 2 classes coming up Tuesday 8th September and/or Tuesday 6th October both 12-2.30pm. They are £8 a session. Bring your own yarn and a 3.5 or 4 size crochet hook. (We do have 25gm balls available to buy).

Another busy morning in our workshop space! teaching bunting and zipped cushion covers today. A fun and friendly session enjoyed by all!

I have been working on this oriental cabinet for a couple of months now. It belongs to a friend of ours and had quite a lot of the original bone pieces missing. Gradually I started modelling replacements with air dry clay which i then painted and waxed. I have also made new fabric panels inside the doors and drawer linings. The owner is delighted and hopefully it will continue to be admired and used again!

Thorpeness Regatta with a difference this year! The amazing spectacle of a drone display. For those that werent able to go and see it - it was quite amazing!
