What a gorgeous sun filled weekend! The elderflowers we picked yesterday will be used to make the cordial that goes in our Gooseberry & Elderflower ice cream. NO artificial flavouring here… our award winning ice creams are made with local fruit.

For those who haven’t heard the news yet, our sorbets now come in 5 liter tubs which are perfect for you to do your own scoops! 🎉🍦

Oh and also we’re welcoming a new stockist this week, Dom’s Bike Stop Cafe on the A44 just outside Leominster (HR6 0NA). ☀️
