It's always exciting to open a box of freshly harvested bitter oranges direct from the farm in Spain. Not Sevilles but oranges that make perfect marmalade once the Seville orange season is over. Blood oranges are on their way.......
Crowdfarming is the way to go! buy direct from the farmer and receive them as soon as they are ready to pick, They won't have sat in a warehouse for weeks.....

Marmalade season is in full swing, these oranges aren’t from Seville but are organic bitter oranges that make a marmalade as good as Seville ones. Most will be kept chilled or frozen until I’ve used up the Sevilles. I’ll be at the farmers market on February 1st
