It's time to admit that summer is over and fully embrace Autumn. It's a season change that often feels quite difficult and a little emotional so it's great to take some time to appreciate how beautiful it can be.
I had a wonderfully therapeutic day of clipping gardens and hedgerows and creating a selection of these twisted weeping willow based wreaths. I have mixed in as many of the beautiful gold and red hues as I could find, along with bright berries. Dried lavender and hops add scent to the wreath and my absolute favorite, hydrangeas, dry perfectly as a reminder of the fabulous summer we had.
I have one on my front door and this one is above my fireplace so it will warm up and dry out wonderfully.
