Trying to balance it being affordable, eco friendly and good-looking wasn’t easy… but we got there in the end.

The person behind Studio Mali…

I’m not really one for instagram trends, but sometimes you’ve just got to suck it up!

I’m Ali, currently the one man band behind Studio Mali. Sometimes my mum helps clean the wooden jewellery pieces after they get laser cut (she’s pictured wearing this frilly synthetic 80s number!).

I do all the designing, making, packing, admin, socials, finances etc, some of it I do well and some of it not so well.

We’re hoping my husband Mark can be more involved in the business in the future as he loves making furniture :)

Hey folks, I know it’s been a while!

We’re in the depths of planning for a big house renovation and I’m slowly finding a bit more time to work on this which is filling up my inner joy pot.

I’m planning on doing a big sale in the coming week to make space for some newness, and it’s going to be split in 2 drops.
