Hello! It’s been aaaages. How is everyone?! Haven’t had the time or will to get the sewing machine out lately. My little business has certainly been on the back burner. But … after a long needed ‘bitch n stitch’ with my pal (we actually finished a garment, some wide leg summer trousers), the mojo is back. My next project is to tackle a blind and some cushions for the spare room/ office. Had to something that appeals to my husband as he uses it most. I’ll post the finished results. NB. If anyone is wanting Positive Pocket Pillows, I’ll be making a batch for Handmade Ashbourne so DM me to tag the order x

Hello! How are you all?? … feels like it’s been aaaages since I shut up shop for the school holidays. It’s been a busy one … I started my new full time job, which I absolutely love … even if the early get ups and the 18k steps a day has been a shock to the system!!
We managed some family time, a week in beautiful Pollensa with the boys and my parents. The Villa was an absolute find on … simply stunning, full of charm and character, with the most stunning views. Will definitely like to revisit.
Soooo it’s back to reality … the routine of school, college and work. I’ve been trying to decide what to do now I’m full time. I think I’ll be opening my Etsy shop in the next day or so, but will need to extend the lead times. All products are made to order so to be on the safe side please allow 2 weeks for your orders. I will continue to stock design.ashbourne with … for as long as she wants them. Thank you again for all your support and patience ❤️

Hello! Just to let you know I’ll be taking a sewing break for the summer holidays … a few reasons, schools out so I need to get the teenagers out as much as poss. Also, my machine needs a long overdue service (who knew there is a 4 week turn around time!) … and mainly because I have a new job! I have worked part time at White Stuff for 8 fabulous years but it’s time, now my boys are older and need me less 🥹, for a change and a new challenge. Sooooo I’m hoping to bring TAB back in some capacity after the summer, but as I’ll now be full time I’m not entirely sure what that will look like, so please bare with me. If you were thinking of ordering anything imminently then please get your orders in, preferably before 21st July. Thank you so much and have a fabulous summer ☀️
