Wee update on the kittens and mama we took in that were found in a tumble dryer.

Firstly, she is not microchipped nobody has messaged for her or we have not had any reports of a missing cat, she is a lovely female tabby found edenvale limavady.
Photographic evidence required if you have realised your cats missing.
She is super friendly and a good mama and is in good hands. She was so hungry and a little under weight but is absolutely loving the attention and quiet environment .

Doesnt Junos wee daughter look just like her 😊

The babies have now hit 12 weeks and are going to be looking for their new home. Keep a wee eye for their appeal this week.

Juno and her babies came in on the 15th of may with the most horrendous cat flu, in and out of the vets its been a long haul 4 times a day eye drops not to mention the cleaning with the explosive diarrhoea of them all. Unfortunately 2 out of the 8 litter passed away from it. So we couldn't rehome until they were better

Now they are doing fantastic with one or two just a little more time on eye drops but they are full of fun its so good to watch them play, all have both vaccines and healthy wee beauties.

Wee mama is gona miss them all she is such a fantastic cat and a fantastic mum and will be a lovely companion for someone.

We havnt had much time for social media lately but its just been all go go go but we're trying our best to keep you all updated when we can. Its just social media is the last thing on our minds most days.

But all our wee animals are doing great. We will be getting uploads done through the next week so keep a wee eye 😊

Update we put the trap out and mummy has just been picked up tonight, no microchip. Scooped her wee babies up and are all cosy and settled in with us tonight.

We've just picked up two kittens about a few days old that we're found in a person's tumble drying in their garage. Mum has not returned today and the babies are getting very lethargic so we have taken them in for feeding but set a trap for mum. Hopefully she returns.
If anyone around enagh park limavady has a cat that looks like shes just had kittens send us a message.

We just want to take a moment this evening to say a huge thank you to Our amazing volunteers Pearl and Harold.
Pearl was there from the first day our Dog leap shop opened and came from a background of years of volunteering for animal charities.

Shes been dedicated, kind and had especially our jewellery and bedding area sitting to perfection. She would not dare see a dirty or wrinkled sheet put on a hanger and all watches Harold fixed and fitted batteries himself.

Our Pearl never missed a day, she is funny, has the best wee laugh, full of stories of all her travels and just so loved by everyone of us.

She is so caring and if anyone of us had any problems she listens and then goes home and prays for everything to get better.

Pearl and Harold are heading into retirement now but you will still see them about just not as much.
So most of the staff took them for lunch today at their favourite The Yellow Bird and we had a great time.

Charities are only run well by good volunteers and these two are up there with the best around.
They are pure gold
