Adventure lifestyle brand creating custom vehicles, accessories and clothing. 🌲🚐🌲 Ride and Wild is a small family business and was established in 2022.

During the covid19 pandemic we bought our first Van which was actually a work van for our interior design business at the time which we had been running for around 6 years. We decided to fit the van out as a hybrid live/work space so we could also get away in it and not have to worry about hotel costs, availability, people!! We fell in love with the freedom of being in the van and staying in diffe

rent, beautiful places while exploring the UK. This kicked off the conversation about transitioning our interior design and manufacturing business into a lifestyle brand creating adventure vehicles for like minded people who want a different pace of life and the freedom and comfort of a home away from home. Fast forward to January 2023 and with a number of vehicle conversions under our belt, we are now embarking on the next leg of the journey to bring Ride & Wild to the world.

April at Ride & Wild: Roadtrips, tinkering, new projects, sunshine (when it showed up) and a stop off to see the guys at .uk to see the new product.

This has been my view for the last 5 weeks but it’s occupied my mind for the last 5 months.
Due to some pretty crappy circumstances for our customer the big green beast “Wallace” came to us in a pretty sorry state internally. Our task was to strip it back and put it right.
It’s not been an easy job but he’s finally in a condition to travel.
With a pretty tight new years deadline it’s been a sprint through Christmas and Wallace will be back in summer for some tidying up and some extra work but for now, he’s ready to hit the road.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to work on such a conversation piece and we can’t wait to get a few more trucks through the workshop next year.

Running in the last lengths of cabling on the current sprinter build ready for testing and tidying.
The electrics is one of the really rewarding jobs in a build, when you flick the switch and the lights come on, happy days!
Also in true Olympic spirit I think I’ve hit a personal best! 250+ cable ties and still going!

Details matter! One of the main reasons we choose to create hand built campers for our clients is that everyone’s needs are different and one size definitely does not fit all. Off the shelf camper interiors absolutely have their place but it’s not at our workshop. We get to know our clients and how they live so that we can better understand how their camper needs to work for them and each build is completely different and bespoke to our customers.

Dryfit and test of the sliding bike storage on the current Sprinter build. This is shaping up to be a really cool project and we can’t wait to see the interior come together.
The medium wheelbase vans are seemingly the most popular accross the board for conversions but it can be a challenge to accommodate everything a client wants, fortunately, we love a good challenge.

Excited to share with you guys our latest campervan build that’s just rolled out of the workshop and into the hands of some incredible clients. It’s been an epic build and we’re going to miss it but now it’s time for it to have some fun.
