Introducing Cornhill Connects! 💙

We're starting something new for our community. Cornhill Connects is a friendly, weekly meet-up for anyone aged 55 and over, kicking off on Wednesday 9 September.

It's a warm, welcoming space to drop in, meet new people and try something different each week. You can expect good company, activities, workshops and a fresh reason to pop down every time. ☕️

It's free to come along, we just ask that you book your spot in advance through the Facebook event in the comments, so we know to expect you.

Seaside in the City is officially open! 🏖️

Summer has landed at Cornhill Market. Grab a gelato from inside the market, pick up some fish and chips, and pull up a spot right next to the sandpit on City Square. 🍦

Seaside in the City is run by Cornhill Market in partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council, who are here to chat all things coast and water safety, sharing a bit about their stretch of the seaside and how to stay safe near the water. 🌊

Come down, soak up the sunshine and enjoy a little bit of the coast right here in the city.

What a lovely Pop-Up Market on Saturday! 🥰

We had a brilliant mix of local traders under one roof, from handmade wooden pieces and 3D printed creations to sweet treats, K-pop finds and beautiful photography. 📸

Thank you to everyone who came down to browse, shop and support, and to our traders for bringing so much variety to the space.

We have an action-packed week lined up for you! 🗓️

After a slight delay, Seaside in the City starts on Monday! You can expect a range of seaside-themed stalls, a sandpit on City Square, water safety awareness stalls and plenty more. 🏖️

On Wednesday we will be joined by Sturton Plants & More, Jam Fashion and Julie's Jewellery. 🪴

On Saturday, our monthly Corn Exchange will be back. This month we will be joined by Sugar Fix, Turilicious, Grain of Truth and FTA Luxury Collections. 🧁

Seaside in the City will now arrive at City Square on Monday 17 August, but you can still expect pop up-traders, garden games, a colouring in area, and our regular stallholders to keep the family entertained this weekend 🌞

We're bringing the seaside to the Lincoln! 🏖️

From Friday 14 to Wednesday 27 August, Seaside in the City lands at Cornhill Market, and it's the perfect summer day out for all the family. ☀️

Think sandpit fun, entertainment throughout the day, and a lovely mix of stallholders and tasty treats. Grab some fish and chips and enjoy them by the seaside in the city, then cool off with an ice cream in the sun.🍦
